Lazy Ours Miracle Pantry  Photo for Journal this morning!

“You have to take risks, he said. We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen. Every day, God gives us the sun--and also one moment in which we have the ability to change everything that makes us unhappy. Every day, we try to pretend that we haven't perceived that moment, that it doesn't exist--that today is the same as yesterday and will be the same as tomorrow. But if people really pay attention to their everyday lives, they will discover that magic moment. It may arrive in the instant when we are doing something mundane, like putting our front-door key in the lock; it may lie hidden in the quiet that follows the lunch hour or in the thousand and one things that all seem the same to us. But that moment exists--a moment when all the power of the stars becomes a part of us and enables us to perform miracles.”  ― Paulo Coelho, By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept
Well ... it is LAZY OURS, and this is our Miracle Pantry.  We also have a miracle laundry room and a very much miracle closet, but I did not want to bore you with pictures inside yet.  At our old house, we had the same size pantry EXCEPT the top shelf was higher and allowed stacking and placement of some larger items. So this one was less room.  HOW did I get everything in it even better than before?  Even today I was able to slide a bunch of ordered cleaning products for the kitchen on the top shelf. There is still room for more.
Our miracle Laundry room was the same way. The old laundry room had more cabinets, tall cabinets with drawers etc and a place to hang clothes.  This one is TINY in comparison.  Only six feet wide by maybe six feet deep.  The other laundry room was almost a full ten feet or more in length and about six feet wide.  Transition found everything fitting, including the drawer stuff.  I am still pondering this because I also put all my linens in a back shelf area behind the laundry room door.
Our miracle bedroom closet... well the old one was over 22 ft wide and deep about 10 feet. Yep, it could have been another bedroom.  It contained all our clothes, coats, two large cedar chests, my wedding dress in a box, sewing machine, some special Christmas decorations and some bits and pieces.  The new closet... well not near this size. Maybe 12 feet in length and only four feet wide.  We got everything in it plus a few more things.  It needs to be organized again but Terry is going to add a second shelf for some of the Christmas specialties.
GOD has done this.  I shake my head and I literally drop to knees praying in thanks.  "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. " Philippians 4:6
STUDIO:
Entry blocked by my guitar cases.
And Baby stuff!

Inside is not much better. My treadmill is in the middle of it all. My Drafting board made it in and that is a miracle!
Tool box of paints behind the white canvas.
God has stepped up and every need to this day has been meet. The studio is not unearthed yet, but I know He will take care of it as well. In HIS time, not mine.  So the floors have delayed me getting set up in there but I think my heart had to be in preparation for the job. Now that I realize His hand has touched everything we have faced and brought forth the answers for our needs, I will not question the things we are having to repair.  We already feel at home here. The walls are not painted our colors of grey palette, but I told Terry we had years to do it whenever we wanted to. They were all painted by the prior owner but they are in weird brown tones.

This last week we had a carpenter engineer in that is drawing up plans for our TV hole area in the den.  With our lean to contemporary I cannot wait to see what he comes up with. I am a little afraid it may blow past our budget but I take a deep breath and will not borrow the worry. Our windows are being made and they should be installed in the next four to six weeks.  I will not worry with this either.  We have taken a risk with this house and what was wrong with it, but our faith is growing watching Him work right in front of us providing everything.
Until Wednesday next week, lift us up in our journey as we begin our week. Maybe soon we can breathe and sit and enjoy. ALL of this is being done while we keep our 6 month old grandson, Noah. He crawls now. That just upped the caution light going off more often keeping up with him.
Blessings, Laurie
